 Gliad Elbaz and adam weissman started a privately held companyin 1998, it was located in los angeles.
the company's name was Oingo. Oingo developed a proprietry search algorithm that was based on word meaning
and built upon an underlying lexicon canlled wordnet, which was developed over the previous 15 years by
researchers at princeton university, led Goorge miller.


oingo changed its name to Applied semantics in 2001, which was latet acquired by google in april 2003 for
US$ 102 mmillion.

About Google Adsense
 Google adsense is an ad serving application run by googlr Inc. website owners can join in this
activity to enable image, text and video advertisements on owners websites. these advertisements are administerd,
and maintained and sorted by google. and they can generate renenue on either a per-click or per-impression
basic.google beta tasted a cost per action service, but discontinued it in octomber 2008 in favor of a doubleclick
offering (also owned by google) in Q1 2011, google earned US$ 2.34 billion or 28% of total revenue, through Adsense.

 Adsense for domains is currently being offerd to all adsense publishers, but it wasn't always available to all.
on december 12 2008, "techcrunch reportes that adsense for domain is available for US publishers.
